Return & Refund Policy

At VELARO, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

To be eligible for return:
• Product must be unused
• In original packaging
• No visible wear marks or damage
• Original invoice required

Non-returnable:
• Used products
• Damaged due to misuse
• Discounted or clearance items (if you decide so)

Refund Process:
Once the returned product passes inspection, refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

For prepaid orders, refund will be credited to original payment method.
For COD orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer.
